Who I Am
I am a certified Hypnotherapist / Psychotherapist and accredited supervisor for Hypnotherapist.
I trained with the Kent institute of clinical hypnosis gaining Diplomas in Hypnoanalysis and Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy.
I am registered with the NCP and APHP and adhere to a professional code of standards
I am fully insured and my documents are available if you wish to see them.
I am here to help you achieve, new realistic achievable goals.
To guide you to new beginnings, positive outcomes and to help change your life for the better. I am not here to make you forget but here to help you change the way you think about your problems and how to cope with them.
I have been interested in Hypnotherapy /Hypnosis for years and It as always been something that I have wanted to do, I cant think of anything better than being able to give help and guidance to people and to help enrich their lives.
How I work
My Initial consultation can be done over the phone lasting approx. 15mins. this is a free service.
On our first meeting session I will continue with a more in depth discussion covering, personal information about what has brought you to see me and, medical issues (if any). This session will consist of a Psychotherapy approach and Hypnosis ( deep relaxation)
But for those who need the comfort of their own home I offer a Mobile Therapy Service covering Medway: Rochester, Gillingham, Strood, Chatham, Rainham and surrounding areas.
I am so happy in my work as a clinical hypnotherapist, It is wonderful to see my clients achieve the results that they want. It is so encouraging when they leave me feeling a whole lot better and ready to move forwards. New steps taking them to new beginnings.
